Note

1. Public Registration Phase: ~ July 17th, 2021

2. Each accepted paper must be accompanied by at least ONE Normal Registration, in case the participant with more than one paper to publish in conference proceedings, the second paper and more can be just covered by the Reduced Registrations, otherwise it will be excluded from Springer-Nature LNCS conference proceedings.

3. All attendees must register, but only attendee without paper publication can register with the Reduced Registration.

4. Everybody, who has paid the conference registration fees, will receive an official receipt at the onsite registration desk.

5. With the progress of global mass vaccination and considering the good epidemic situation in China, we have great confidence to hold the ICSI’2021 normally, so you are encouraged to attend our event to give oral presentations and communication onsite. However, there is still able to provide an opportunity of online presentation for those who are unable to join us onsite according to prevention policy.

6. CANCELLATION & REFUND Policy: All cancellations must be sent in writing to the conference secretariat. Your payment minus 15% of total amount of registration fee for administrative costs will be refunded if your cancellation notice is received before April 23, 2021, otherwise no refund will be made after the registration deadline.
